Supporting countless loved ones who have faced the arduous journey of dealing with a family member’s accusation or conviction of a crime.
Everyday we are driven by our vision and mission to make a difference to the unseen victims.
To support those who are the unseen victims of someone else's wrongdoing. This typically includes the loved ones (parents, spouses, children, relatives, friends, etc.) of individuals who have committed crimes. Whether their loved ones are currently incarcerated or on their way to court, we are here to provide assistance.
Our mission is to offer hope, resources and practical solutions to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives.

Over the past seven years, our founders have dedicated themselves to supporting countless loved ones who have faced the arduous journey of dealing with a family member’s accusation or conviction of a crime. This extensive experience has fuelled our motivation to create a website and service that can assist the many others who will inevitably find themselves on this challenging path in the future.
Crimes can occur unexpectedly, and they are not always intentional or premeditated acts. In some cases, they may even involve false allegations. The emotions of shock, anger, and despair that loved ones experience in such situations can be overwhelming. Unfortunately, finding individuals in similar circumstances with whom one can share and discuss their experiences can be incredibly difficult. There are several social media groups that offer advice and support for those facing allegations. However, there is very little out there to support the loved ones behind the accused.
Throughout this journey, we have come across numerous posts from individuals who are absolutely terrified of being judged and condemned due to another person’s criminal actions. We understand that many people may not feel comfortable discussing what they are going through. At the same time they struggle to find answers to even the simplest questions online. It is for these loved ones that we have created this website.
We deeply regret that you have had to seek out our website under such circumstances, and we extend an invitation for you to join our Facebook group if you wish to connect with others who are in similar situations. You can access the group by clicking here or selecting the Facebook option in the menu.
Remember, you are not alone on this journey. Things will get better, and it is crucial to never lose hope.

We are thrilled to announce that Unseen Victims CIC has been accepted by the Criminal Justice Alliance (CJA) and added to their extensive directory of organisations committed to justice reform and support. This is a significant milestone for us, as it connects us with a broader network of advocates and changemakers dedicated to making a difference in the UK Criminal Justice System.
A new series has aired on Channel 4 which is exploring never seen before, behind the scenes, footage of jury deliberations. I discuss my own experiences of serving jury service and make my argument against the suitability of them for determining guilt or innocence, in these modern times.
